BiogasSA has supplied, installed and commissioned over 200 small scale digesters all over Southern Africa for households, small farms, community projects and schools.
BiogasSA has been actively involved in the development of the biogas industry since 2008. From an initial focus on developing small domestic scale digesters, the company built its first industrial scale biogas plant at Morgan Abattoir in 2015 and project managed the Thiele Biogas Plant in 2024. BiogasSA also offers specialist biogas consulting services to clients and has produced numerous studies, reports, and feasibility studies for clients in both the agricultural and industrial sectors
